We have, without a doubt, Ontario’s finest old-growth forest hiking trails and each year we make improvements to our network.

Many of these trails use the ancient ‘nastawgan’ – 5,000-year-old indigenous routes that connect several waterfalls to our lodge. Other trails take advantage of existing animal pathways – trails frequented by moose, wolf, and lynx.

These giant trees, found along all of our trails, are well over 100 feet in height and over 300 years in age. Last year we cleared the trail around the old logging camp (circa 1950’s) and added this to our roster of day excursions. Also new last year was the addition of stand-up paddleboards and kayaks to our watercraft.
